I joined Ben's boot-camp platoon about 18 months ago as a very unfit and overweight person... he and Karina have been totally supportive and non-discriminatory, and they have assisted me to achieve all my fitness goals and more. I have found the camaraderie of the boot-camp group to be fantastic, which is important especially when the mornings are dark and cold, and you don't want to let your team-mates down. I am also one of the more "mature" members, and again I have never felt that my age or physical limitations are held against me.


Do it! With no exaggeration, it has completely changed my life. The 8 weeks were just the starting point, what I have been able to go on and achieve in the 8 months following the challenge I honestly did not think would have been possible.
It is not an easy challenge, but it is also not impossible, keep yourself accountable for your actions. Doing the challenge with a partner really helped me as we were able to keep each other on track, if you have a friend or partner that can do this with you then I would encourage you to drag them along.


I’ve been going to Enlist Now Bootcamps for over 10 years now and couldn’t think of doing anything else to keep fit! The sessions are always interesting and different but also challenging no matter your fitness level.
I started off 10 years ago barely able to run a kilometre without walking - and now 10 years later (even after having a kid during that time!) I’m easily ten times fitter than I was back then. Ben and Karina are super supportive and the group environment is always friendly and encouraging!


EnlistNow Bootcamps are great. Ben and Karina build in a fantastic variety of activities and you always end up being pushed. With the sessions being outdoors they take advantage of the surrounds whether that is overlooking the Harbour for strength sessions, hitting local parks for team sessions or running local streets. For me it is a cracking combination of two people who genuinely care about people's progress and outcomes, and the loyal community of lovely people they've built around them egging each other on. Ben and Karina also think bigger than what the training sessions will be each week and nearly always have a background challenge running to keep us all motivated on non-training days. The fact that you'll find so many people waiting at the tree to start three times a week - regardless of the time of year or weather - says everything!
