I joined Ben's boot-camp platoon about 18 months ago as a very unfit and overweight person... he and Karina have been totally supportive and non-discriminatory, and they have assisted me to achieve all my fitness goals and more. I have found the camaraderie of the boot-camp group to be fantastic, which is important especially when the mornings are dark and cold, and you don't want to let your team-mates down. I am also one of the more "mature" members, and again I have never felt that my age or physical limitations are held against me.



There is nothing better than training in the great outdoors with a motivating group to push you along. Since starting boot camp 5 years ago my fitness has improved immensely and I am now running marathons thanks to the support & training this program has given me. I couldn't imagine not attending!



Do it! With no exaggeration, it has completely changed my life. The 8 weeks were just the starting point, what I have been able to go on and achieve in the 8 months following the challenge I honestly did not think would have been possible.
It is not an easy challenge, but it is also not impossible, keep yourself accountable for your actions. Doing the challenge with a partner really helped me as we were able to keep each other on track, if you have a friend or partner that can do this with you then I would encourage you to drag them along.
