Live Online Workouts

You will be taking part in live online sessions via zoom and you’ll have access to online workouts you can do in your own time.

What’s Included

For less than $2 a day get access to:

Two 45min live zoom sessions a week

Two 30min online workouts every week that you can download and do anytime within 24 hours of the release time.

Sessions are:

Zoom: Monday’s 9:30-10:15

Online: Tuesday’s 6am EST release

Online: Wednesday’s 6am EST release

Zoom: Friday’s 9:30-10:15

How to get started

  • Get doctors clearance to train after having your baby
  • Your bub should be more than 6 weeks old
  • Complete pre exercise questionnaire
