Ben Preece

Owner and Lead Instructor

With a professional sporting background, Ben has more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Ben is also a qualified Personal Trainer with a Diploma of Personal Training and Sports Therapy as as well as a Diploma of Sports Psychology and cricket coaching qualifications. Ben spends most of his time either training clients, thinking about bootcamp, cricket coaching as Head Coach at both womens and mens premier clubs and takes a keen interest in sports in general.
